The registration portal is intuitive and easy to navigate but it is important to read some helpful tips before you get underway and ensure you have all the information needed in order to register.

How to Register
Group registration
Group registration is the easiest way to register for the Festival. Groups must have a Group Coordinator who will attend the Festival with their group. The Group Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and care of their group and are the key point of contact for their group.
Instructions
Group registrations can only be initiated and managed by a Group Coordinator. Groups may be parish groups, school groups, youth groups, friend groups or families with children in Year 9 up to 25 years of age.
Groups can be registered (or amended to add additional group members) up until: 30 October 2025 (unless capacity is met earlier). Payments can also be made as a group.
Group Coordinators are responsible for:
- Providing information about their group/organisation.
- Registering young pilgrims under 18 years old.
- Provide details of other group leaders and adult pilgrims you are registering and paying for, who will then receive an email to complete their registration.
- Purchasing meal vouchers (applicable only for pilgrims outside the Archdiocese of Melbourne).
- Ensuring all pilgrims (or parents/guardians of young pilgrims) have read and acknowledged the Terms and Conditions and Collection Notice.
Please note:
- Group Coordinators must be 18 years old or above.
- Group Coordinators may only be a coordinator of one group.
- Young pilgrims includes pilgrims under 18 years of age (unless they are part of a school group) or who are otherwise vulnerable. See the Terms and Conditions for further information.
- Personally identifiable information of young pilgrims is not collected by the Festival and must be collected and managed by the Group Coordinator.
Individual registrations
We strongly encourage pilgrims to attend the Festival as part of a small group, to provide a richer and more engaging experience. However, in some scenarios an individual registration may be required and therefore individuals aged between 18-25 years or clergy, deacons and vowed religious (of any age) can register by completing the online individual registration form
Instructions
Individuals under 18 years old cannot self-register and must attend as part of a group. Those aged over 25 years are encouraged to engage with the Festival by supporting a group in a leadership role or by nominating as a volunteer. Individuals can register up until: 30 October 2025 (unless capacity is met earlier).
Please note there is an additional pre-registration process for clergy, deacons and vowed religious (more info below).
Clergy, deacons & vowed registration
The Festival encourages and welcomes the participation of clergy and religious. Clergy and religious includes: bishops, priests, monsignors, deacons, seminarians, religious brothers or sisters, or any ordained persons.
Instructions
All clergy, deacons and vowed religious can register as part of a group or individually (using the links above) and will need to provide their ACMR ID number as part of their registration process.
All visiting clergy, deacons and vowed religious not on appointment within the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne are required to complete an Application for Faculties – Short Term Ministry and receive permission to minister before registering for the Festival.
Terms & Conditions
As part of registration, all participants (or their parent/guardian if under 18) will need to agree to the Terms & Conditions. The Festival Terms and Conditions (including the cancellation policy) can be found in registration portal and below.
